1. Who we are
These terms apply to products sold by Invictux International Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17516266), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: info@invictuxintl.com.
2. Our products
We sell digital products: downloadable PDF guides and subscriptions to Tasha, a budgeting web app. Our products are educational tools only. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and you remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and include any taxes we are required to charge. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Subscriptions and free trial
- Tasha offers a 7-day free trial, one per person, with no card required.
- Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time.
- We will tell you in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
5. Digital guides and refunds
Guides are delivered instantly after purchase. By completing your purchase you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the download has started. If a guide is faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will repair, replace or refund it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
6. Using our products
Guides are for your personal use. You may not copy, resell or share them. You must keep your Tasha login secure and must not misuse the app or try to access other users' data.
7. Accuracy
Tasha calculates answers from the information you enter. Results are only as accurate as that information. We take care with our content but do not guarantee any particular financial outcome.
8. Liability
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for decisions you make based on our products. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer protections that your local law gives you.
